Description

The State Energy Conservation Office (“SECO”)of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (“Comptroller”) issues this Requestfor Proposals No. 240f (the “RFP”) to invite proposals from qualified,independent federal compliance monitoring firms located in the state of Texas toprovide Federal Compliance Monitoring services to SECO’s administration of the StateEnergy Program: Infrastructure Investment Jobs Act Schools and HospitalsPrograms. (SEP IIJA). Potential respondents should specialize inmonitoring the administration of federal programs and should have extensive workingexperience with grant management and program evaluation and auditing. CPA anticipates making a Contract award toone (1) Successful Respondent for the Services. CPA reserves the right not toaward a Contract for the performance of all or part of the Services. This RFPis not exclusive and CPA reserves the right to issue additional solicitationsregarding the Services or similar services at any time
