Citation Lake Stormwater Improvements Project

Northfield Township Road District is soliciting proposals for the Citation Lake Stormwater Improvements Project (RFP #510035). The primary objective of this project is to improve the stormwater infrastructure around Citation Lake. The scope of work encompasses a range of construction and maintenance activities, including: excavation services; construction, maintenance, and repair of sewer and storm drain systems; sidewalk and driveway construction (including pedestrian and handicap ramps); utility and underground project construction and maintenance; concrete work (pour-in-place, form, place, and finish); and paving/resurfacing of highways, roads, and streets (major and residential). Key requirements include expertise and capabilities in the aforementioned construction and maintenance areas.
