Description

Seeking qualified consultants to develop a climate action and adaptation plan (CAAP). Work include identify strategies to reduce emissions, strengthen infrastructure, and prepare for climate hazards such as extreme heat, flooding, drought, and wildfires. The plan will prioritize the needs of vulnerable residents and focus on building resilience in transportation and emergency systems. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A due by October 6, 2025, by 12:00 PM. Proposals are to be submitted via email to Carmen Zambrano, at czambrano@cityofartesia.us.
