The scope of this project is to provide all transportation, freight, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, permits, and necessary materials to uninstall and remove from site the old two existing cooling units and install two fully operational new 30-ton nominal ton Package Cooling units, like for like or approved better alternative (Daikin or approved equal) that will service the entire building
