Description

The City of Cocoa Beach is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Cocoa Beach Golf Muck Capping Project. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Cocoa Beach at the City Clerk office located at 2 South Orlando Ave. Cocoa Beach, FL 32931, until 2pm local time, on October 31, 2025. The Invitation to Bid package may be obtained on the City’s website at www.cityofcocoabeach.com/bids.aspx and at www.demandstar.com. This project includes approximately 141 acres of underwater thin-layer muck capping and construction of 1.6 acres of habitat caps, along with related mobilization, site controls, and restoration activities as further detailed in the Bidding Documents
