Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for Airport Hangar Renovations

Provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for renovations of an existing hangar. Description of Work Hangar renovations may include, but are not limited to • Removal and disposal of the existing office, bathrooms, indoor plumbing, insulation, lighting, electrical panels, faulty wiring, heaters, windows, roll-up door (approximately 10' x 15'), roll-up door tracks, and pedestrian doors • Removal of approximately 110 square yards of existing concrete (depth varies) and replacement with 110 square yards of 4,000 psi mix concrete (6” depth). • Installation of a 50' wide x 16' tall (minimum clearances) Higher Power hangar door, make necessary adjustments to the existing hangar for installation of the proposed door.
