Description
The Work to be performed under this Contract at 321 Ocean Avenue, Lantana, FL shall include, but is not limited to, the installation of a 489 linear foot steel sheet panel seawall with a new concrete cap and raising approximately 61 linear feet of the existing seawall cap. The installation includes the placement of approximately 345 cubic yards of aggregate between the existing and proposed seawalls, seawall joint and concrete repairs, protection of existing mangrove, sea grass and water quality of the adjacent Intracoastal Waterway, installation of approximately 557 linear feet 18-inch drainage pipe and 4 ditch bottom inlets, demolition and replacement of approximately 170 square yards concrete sidewalk and installation of an 18-inch backcheck valve and a manatee grate at the stormwater outfall. In preparation for the installation of the new seawall, relocation will be required of the existing rubble riprap to a location at the face of the new seawall. Contractor shall be responsible for all restoration in the adjacent park area and shall meet all permit requirements and conditions
