TIME AND PLACE OF OPENING OF BIDS: Sealed proposals for the improvement described below will be received at the office of the Village of Gurnee, Engineering Division, 325 N. O’Plaine Road, Gurnee, Illinois 60031, until 10:00 A.M., September 29th, 2025. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at that time.
