PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE AIRPORT LAND: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 14, Block 50, consisting of approximately 12,972 square feet (ADA-51076 successive lease to ADA-08054), at Iliamna Airport for five (5) years, to expire November 2, 2030. Applicant: George D Rhyneer. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of a private recreational cabin and airplane tiedowns for use by the lessee only. Annual rent: $1,608.53This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., December 19, 2025 after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
